异步SPOC结合线下PBL混合式教学模式在眼科学教学中的应用

摘要:目的:探讨异步小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)结合线下以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)混合式教学模式在眼科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取桂林医学院2017级临床医学专业两个班级的119名本科生,按班级建制分成两组,医本1班57名为观察组,医本2班62名为对照组。观察组采用异步SPOC结合线下PBL混合式教学模式,对照组采用以授课为基础的学习法(LBL),以期末考试成绩、课评问卷调查结果对教学效果进行评价。结果:两组的基础知识题成绩差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组的综合应用题成绩及问卷调查满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异步SPOC结合线下PBL混合式教学模式能有效提高医学本科生综合应用能力,有益于整体教学效果的提高。

Asynchronous SPOC with Offline PBL:A Hybrid Teaching Mode for Ophthalmology Course①

Abstract Objective: This research aims to explore the application effect of small private online course (SPOC) combined with problem-based learning(PBL) in ophthalmology teaching. Methods: A total of 119 undergraduates from two classes majoring in clinical medicine were selected and divided into two groups, with 57 students from class one in the observation group and 62 students from class two in the control group. Hybrid teaching method of the asynchronous SPOC combined with the offline PBL was applied to the observation group, and the Lecture-Based Learning(LBL) was applied to the control group. The results of final exam and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results: No statistical significance was found in the basic knowledge scores between the two groups (P> 0. 05 ), but the comprehensive application scores and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The hybrid teaching mode of Asynchronous SPOC combined with offline PBL can effectively improve the comprehensive application ability of medical undergraduates, and enhance the overall teaching effect.
