0bjective To observe the clinical efficacy of copper needle scraping technique in patients with lacunarAbstracteerebral infarction. Methods 1 13 patients with lacunar infaretion were selected and randomly divided into the controlgroup and observation group. The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, while theobservation group were treated with copper needle scraping technique and Western medicine. The neurologicalfunction, cerebral hemodynamic conditions, cognitive funetion scores, and incidence of cognitive impairmentbetween the two groups patients were compared. Results After one or two courses of treatment, the NlHSSs of theobservation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05)After two courses of treatment. the cerebral blood flow ( CBF) and cerebral blood volume ( CBV) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the vascular resistanee index ( Rl) of the observation groupwas lower than that of the control ( P<0.05 ). The Mini Mental State Examination ( MMSE ) and Montreal CognitiveAssessment ( MoCA ) of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the incidence ofcognitive impairment was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Copper needle serapingtechnique improves elfeetively the neurological function and cerebral hemodynamies in patients with lacunar cerebralinfaretion, and it is positive significanee in promoting cognitive funetion recovery and reducing the risk of cognitivelmparrment.
