Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effects of thymosin al combined ulinastatin immunomodulatory therapyin the treatment of sepsis( SS ). Methods 110 SS patients were divided into 2 groups using the touch ball method.with 55 cases in each group. The control group were received classic treatment in the Battle to Save Sepsis( SSC).while the observation group were received thymosin al. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors, the mos itemshort from healthy survy ( SF-36 ) score, and blood gas indicators were compared between two groups of patients.Result After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98. 18%, which was higher than thecontrol group's 81 .82% , and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05 ). After 10 d of treatment, the levelsof blood gas indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of PaO,and SaO, were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ). After 10 d of treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, PCT,IL-6 and TNF-a in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ). After 10 d oftreatment, the levels of CD3⁺, CD4⁺, CD8⁺, CD4⁺/C8⁺ in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group ( P<0.05 ). The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05 ). Conclusion The application of thymosin cl combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of SS patients hasa definite effect, which can quickly improve the patient's blood gas indicators and immune function, controlinflammatory reactions , and facilitate prognosis.
